I was trained in 2019 by Holistic Therapies Training in Devon and completed my Level 3 VTCT  in Complementary Therapies which includes; Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Anatomy & Physiology.

My case studies were a combination of friends, family and staff at Commando Training Centre RM Lympstone. 

Through CPD (Continued Professional Development) I gained my qualification in Deep Tissue Massage and the Tibby Oliver 'Shrinking Violet Inch Loss' Body Wrap. 

I also achieved my L3AET (Award in Education & Training)  teaching qualification in 2022.

08/04/2024 I trained with GD Beauty Studio in Peterborough and passed my Sugaring Hair Removal course.  I'm so excited to add this to my treatments.

Future CPD will include Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy Massage, Sugaring hair removal, Spray Tan and more! (Busy times ahead).

Prior to all of this training, I spent years as a Domiciliary carer, where I would care for people in their homes.  This was a humbling time in my life that brought many laughs and tears! It taught me a lot about myself and I discovered I have a huge amount of compassion and empathy for others.

I am a mum to 4 awesome humans, 3 completely bonkers dogs and 2 chalk and cheese ponies (well, 1 horse and 1 pony) who you will be able to meet if you choose to book with me.

My long suffering husband has been my biggest cheer leader (minus the skirt and pompoms) and I genuinely couldn't imagine doing all of these things without his support and words of wisdom (most of which are ignored haha)
