Please read carefully before booking.
Any information gathered and held about you by KS Holistic Therapies will be relevant and in accordance with Data Protection Act 2018 (GDPR).
Your information is available to you at any time upon request.
A consultation form must be filled in, dated and signed prior to ANY treatment being carried out. Consultation forms are combined with consent forms and therefore, signature indicates that you give your full permission for a treatment to be carried out and that the Therapist has been informed of all known and/or suspected illnesses, injuries and conditions for her to make a professional decision on whether or not the treatment is safe to proceed. Failure to inform KS Holistic Therapies of any illness, injury or condition, suspected, under investigation, or diagnosed can result in further illness, injury or death. Under these circumstances, KS Home Retreats CANNOT be held accountable for ANY illness, injury or death resulting from withholding information about your heath.
After-care sheets are available to you and it is recommended and advised that you follow the information for the benefit of the results and your health.
You are responsible for any items you bring to your appointment. You will not be asked to leave them anywhere and it is recommended you use the storage in the treatment room. It is your responsibility to ensure you collect your belongings before you leave the premises.
We have horses on the premises. You are politely requested that you DO NOT feed or approach the horses. KS Holistic Therapies will NOT be held responsible for any injury sustained by ignoring this request. If you feed the horses against the request and without consent, you will be asked to leave and any resulting vet bills will be sent to you. The horses are monitored by camera which is stored and watched daily.
The treatment cabin is on a small-holding. Sensible footwear is advised.
Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be declined a treatment and asked to leave the premises.
Abuse will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave the premises and reported if necessary.
Sexual harassment or misconduct is taken very seriously and legal action will be sought against you.
