What payment methods do you take?  Cash or card payments are accepted. 

 

How do I book?  That's easy.  You can book over the phone 07868 493824, through Facebook or by the 'Contact' button.

 

Is there parking?  Indeed there is! Off-road parking is available

 

Are there any facilities?  Of course! Your comfort is priority and we have installed a compostable toilet (we are trying hard to do our bit) as well as tea, coffee and water.  If you have any specific requirements, please do inform me ahead of time to allow me to cater for them.

 

Is there disabled access?  This is something I am working hard to achieve.  Being the parent of a disabled child, I am only too aware of the need for disabled access.  To do this where the cabin is located will take a little time, but rest assured.... it is one of my top priorities! 

 

Can I bring my child/ren?   Sadly not.  Due to insurance purposes and of course the nature of the treatments, I respectfully request that other arrangements are made for your child/ren while you are having your treatment done.  I have no child-care facilities here and as we both shall be pre-occupied, it would not be a safe environment.

 

Can I bring a friend?  If you suffer with anxiety and feel you need emotional support, then of course!  However, if this is not the case and you are here for a relaxing Swedish massage or a deep tissue treatment, it is preferred that it is a one to one appointment.  If you are booking a Shrinking Violet treatment and want a friend to chat to while the treatment is working, then of course! 

 

Do you offer discounts?  I do! If you are a member of the NHS, Emergency Services or Armed Forces/Blue Light Card holders.  then I offer a 15% discount of any treatment.

 

What if I need to cancel?  Life happens.  Sometimes things happen last minute, sometimes we double book ourselves...it's ok, we're human.  I do request you give as much notice as possible.  I would like to avoid a deposit system however, repeated last minute cancellations will result in a non-refundable deposit being requested before any future bookings.
